AERO is concerned about the privacy of it's members and website visitors. For this reason, we have established this privacy policy with regard to the personal information of our visitors.
Arizona Educational Research Organization shall not, unless explicitly requested by the member, user or website visitor, sell, release or otherwise compromise the personal information of members, users or website visitors, including names, email addresses, passwords, usernames, phone numbers or other such information to any third party.
This information will only be used for the internal management of membership in the Organization. This may include email messages from AERO to members, conference attendees and those who have submitted proposals for consideration in the annual conference.
